METCALFE INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE |

League Format The Metcalfe Indoor Soccer League is divided into 3 distinct groups - Beginners, League & Adults. The Beginners group is specifically for 4 yr olds. There is only one group and there is no competitive game-play. The emphasis is to have fun, whilst introducing these children to soccer, developing their physical coordination and encouraging social interaction. The League group is usually split into 5 Divisions (depending upon registrations): • Level A • Level B • Level C • Level D • Level E Each Division has 4 teams, with up to 12 players on the roster. Within each division, teams play each other 3 times over the course of the season. At the end of the season there are Play-offs, concluded by a Consolation and Champions Final. These games are normally played with 6 players on the field of play for each team, at any one time. |
The Adults group is non-competitive. There is game-play, but between teams randomly
selected from the attendees that attend on any particular occasion |
